Our Outreach Programs

We aim to serve different villages in the rural communities across Nigeria.
We provide Youth empowerment incentive for our youths, financial assistance,
food supply and health education to our vulnerable elderly and families with children.

Monthly Nourishment Outreach

Our team will visit different communities monthly to provide women, children and vulnerable adult with food stuffs and provisions. We also use the opportunity to share message of God’s love and reassuring them that people in the urban or big cities still cares about them.

The community outreach programs help us reach those who cannot access familial or governmental support social welfare support. We also reach homeless people and families who are wary of connecting to people in the major cities for assistance.

Youth Empowerment Incentive

Youth empowered stands the chance of succeeding in life and the community at large. Most of the Youth in Nigeria lacks support from families or the government. The enthusiasm and inspiration in some of the youth is deceased due to frustration and lack of financial support. Our goal at JHOCF is help initiate support for the willing youth in our society but unable due to financial difficulties. Youth Empowerment can add more value to the nation and individual life. It can also increase employment creation, poverty eradication, reduction in crime and corruption. For youth empowerment to be successful, the youths most want to be self-empowered. Our goal is to sponsor youth who showed interest and have an interest in a job of interest he or she want to learn. Our team will work close with the candidates and screen them for the best qualified for the program. We will also work with different local programs and agencies to facilitate the program to ensure the mission of the program is achieved.

Hospital/Medical Financial support

After thorough investigation, our medical team visits hospital to access and determine how to assist patients who have been identified as needing financial assistance. It is important to note that we also accept referrals through our website and community at large.

Health Education Programs

This program helps with providing general health education to the people in the rural communities that we serve. Most people in the rural communities have limited or no access to health care. Our outreach program provides them with free medical health screening and consultation, and we also provide referral for further treatment and other health related information.

How JumakHOCF Is Making A Difference.

We touched so many lives. we want our pregnant women to get proper care and adequate support during and after childbirth. We want to limit the financial challenges of families. we also understand the pain of our vulnerable adult in the poor communities without health centers. our goal is to reach them and provide them with necessary support.
